Abstract: This article reviewed the expert's testimonies about22 mental patients involving in cases of murder andharm. Of these patients,20 are male,2 female. Theirmean age is 31±9. 72% of them are peasant and non-The regular workers. The results showed that all actionsof murder and harm were induced by the direct effectof auditory hallucination and disturbance ofconsciousness, lacking premeditated murder and self-protection. The people attacked are mostly strangersand passengers. All of these patients were considerednon-responsibility and non-ability legally. Theproblems about distinguishing features and clinicaldiagnosis of the diseases were discussed.
