Study on the analysis of methamphetamine and its metabolite amphetamine in blood and urine
SHEN MIN ET AL (INSTITUTE OF FORENSIC SCIENCES;MINISTRY OF JUSTICE;000)
    1997, 0(3): 129-132+.
    Abstract ( 2287 )
The methods using GC/MS,GC/FID,GC/NPD, foridentification and quantification of Methampheta- mined(MAMP) and Amphetamine (AMP) in humanblood and urine were developed. Using 4-phenylbutylamine as the intemal standard, thesamples were extracted with 200μl cyclohexane andthen the 2μl cyclohexane was injected into GC orthe extracts were derivaized by using microwaveirradiation. The methods allowed allowed simple andrapid procedure, the recoveries were greater than80% and the sensitivity limits were 2-5ng/ml.Themethods for d/L Enantiomer of MAMP and AMP inhuman urine was also described, which can be usedto determine the source of Amphetamines anddetermine the toxic effect in the case.

Experimental study of myocardial myoglobin depletion induced by early myocardial infarction and coronary artery spasm
ZHOU WEI ET AL (DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC PATHOLOGY;SUN YAT-SEN UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCESGUANGZHOU 00)
    1997, 0(3): 133-134+.
    Abstract ( 2073 )
In this study, the model of early myocardialinfarction(EMI) was Produce by legation of leftanterior descending artery in rat.The artery spasm(CAS) was produced by extermal jugular veininjection of vasopressin (VP). Myocardium of apex and adjoining slice was used to make paraffinsections, then HE and LSAB-Mb staining wereperformed. Results showed: Ih 25 min aftermyocardial infarction, stretch-shape Mb depletionwas obsered in subendocardial myocardium ofaortic ventricle′s frontal wall. As the time of EMIprolonged, stretch-shape Mb depletion extended toepicardial layer. In CAS group, multiply, spotty Mbdepletion was detected. There were more Mbdepletion zones in right heart than that in left heart. The Mb dapletion zones surrounded the CA or werelike grape-clusters along the branches of one largeCA. Thus, Thus, myocardial Mb depletion induced by EMIand CAS had different morphologic peculiarity.LSAB-Mb method could be hoped for the use ofsupplying objectively morphologic evidence tomyocardial ischemia induced by CAS.

Immunohistochemical study on SMDS using antiactin monoclonal antibody
LUO BIN ET AL(DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC PATHOLOGY;SUN YAT-SEN UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES;GUANGZHOU 00)
    1997, 0(3): 135-137+.
    Abstract ( 2190 )
For elucidating the relationship between the causes ofsudden manhood death syndrom(SMDS) andcardiac sudden death, the cardiac conducting System-(CCS) and myocardium of 23 cases including SMDSgroup, coronary heart disease group and normalcontrol groop were studied using anti-actin mono-clonal antibody(HHF35) S-P immunohistochemical method. The results showed that some areas of CCS and myocardium were stained negatively by hhf35 in SMDS group but no infarctiion area can be found with H.E The negative.staining by HHF35can be also observed in all cases of coronary heartdisease group. Ih control group, the CCS andmyocardium stained positively. It indicated that therewer pathological changes such as early ischemia orinfarction of myocardium in SMDS, which relatedclosely to cardiac sudden death.

Study on cerebral ATP level with biolunescent: method to estimate the time of death
CHEN YUN ET AL (FACULTY OF FORENSIC MEDICINE;WANNAN MEDICAL COLLEGE;WUHU 00)
    1997, 0(3): 138-139+.
    Abstract ( 1986 )
This paper reported the changes of ATP content indog's cerebral tissues during different time after death.ATP levels were determinded by biolumi-nescentmethod. The results showed that ATP concentrationdecreased gradually along with prolonging of deathtime. The study has important value in estimating thetime of death in forensic practice.

Observation on postmortem tracheal cilia of drowningby Scanning electron microscope(SEM)
QU YONGQIANG ET AL(DEPARTEMENT OF FORENSIC MEDICINE;KUNMING MEDICAL COLLEGE;KUNMING 00)
    1997, 0(3): 140-144+.
    Abstract ( 1663 )
The changes of tracheal cilia of drowning rat were observed by SEM at 0,24,48,72,96h after death. The authors found:the tracheal cilia lost their normal arrangement in some area, and the opening increased on the top of the Goblet cell. There were some thing resembling cotton,or looking like network on the surface of tracheal cilia. At different times after death, the tracheal cilia appeared adhering, downing, and destroying,Goblet cell membrane creasing, the top of cell flattening and the cell collapsing.Observing this changes,we could estimate the time of death.

Analyses of expert's testimonies about 22 mental patients occurred in trip
WANG ZHILIANG ET AL(NINGBO PUBLIC SECURITY BUREAUANKANG HOSPITAL;ZHEJIANG 00)
    1997, 0(3): 145-146+.
    Abstract ( 1791 )
This article reviewed the expert's testimonies about22 mental patients involving in cases of murder andharm. Of these patients,20 are male,2 female. Theirmean age is 31±9. 72% of them are peasant and non-The regular workers. The results showed that all actionsof murder and harm were induced by the direct effectof auditory hallucination and disturbance ofconsciousness, lacking premeditated murder and self-protection. The people attacked are mostly strangersand passengers. All of these patients were considerednon-responsibility and non-ability legally. Theproblems about distinguishing features and clinicaldiagnosis of the diseases were discussed.

Typing of ABH blood group on human nails by improved two-dimensional absorption method
ZHOU YUEQIN ET AL (DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC MEDICINE;UNIVERSITY OF SHANGHAI;SHANGHAI;000)
    1997, 0(3): 151-153+.
    Abstract ( 1869 )
The two-dimensional absorption-inhibition methodhas been proved to be more sensitive than any otherclassical method in detecting ADH antigens in humanbone, dental and urine tissue. The 96F microwellplates are used in our experiment, for it is easy for usto observe the results. It shows that the Two-dimensional absorption-inhibition method ispractically effective to typing of ABH antigen onhuman nails.
