Determination of methamphetamine and amphetamine in biological material

Abstract

Abstract: A review of22references on determination of methamphetamine and amphetamine in is presented.Procedures for collection and preparation of blood,urine,and hair are introduced.Samples were extracted by method of liquid-liquid extraction(LLE),solid phase extraction(SPE),solid phase microextraction(SPME)or high space solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME),then determined by immune method,GC/MS,GC/NPD,GC/ECD,GC/FID,HPLC or HPCE.In addition,result evaluation is discussed at last.
