    Objective To study changes of DNA content in nuclear of the heart cellule of rats and relationship with the postmortem interval(PMI).Methods This experiment chose seven parameter of cell nuclear,including the area and integral optical density,determined the changes of DNA content in the heart cellule of15rats at different intervals between25and49h postmortem with the auto-TV-image system.Results The degradation rate of DNA in nuclear has a certainty relationship to the PMI a little later of rat.Conclusion Determining the quantity of DNA in nuclear should be an objective and exact way to estimate the PMI with the auto-TV-image system.

    Objective To observe the dynamic changes of plasma nitric oxide(NO)?endothelin(ET)in the rabbits amniotic fluid embolism.Methods An experimental model of amniotic fluid embolism in pregnant rabbits was established.Heart blood were sampled either before or after5min,45min amniotic fluid in jection.ET and NO were detected by using radio-immunoassay method and Griess assay respectively.Results Compared with the normal control group,NO decreased significantly after injection,while levels of ET increased.The blood concentration changes between NO and ET showed negative correlation.Conclu sion NO and ET may play a role in the transient haemodynamic alteration of pulmonary hypertension dur ing early amniotic fluid embolism.

    Objective To observe the expression of HSP70mRNA in the rabbit myocardium after ischemia and reperfusion injury in order to search a new way for the forensic pathological diagnosis sudden cardiac death.Methods A rabbit model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury was established,and HSP70mRNA in myocardium was detected by in situ hybridization histochemistry.Results Positive reaction in the ischemic area begain to increase after15min ischemia followed by30min reperfusion,then the staining intensity increased and more positive reaction cells were observed.Conclusion The result may provide a sensitive method for the postmortem diagnosis sudden cardiac death caused by MI/R.

    Objective To seek a exact method of sexual discrimination.Methods The soft X-ray and plain film of142thyroid cartilage samples(73males and69females)were done.The position of assification and morphological features were observed and analyzed.Results Significant diffrence was noted in the assification features between males and females.Conclusion This method may be suitable for sex discrimination of thyroid cartilage in adult Chinese han population.

    Objective To discuss the relationship between age and the teenagers arthrography of shoulders.Methods We screened267X-ray films of shoulders of267boys from the age of12to22years.According to the characteristic of growth and development of skeleton,we observed the age characteristic of X-ray films systematic,and chose5film signs which were related with age closely.Then we ranked and scored all the objections according to the5film signs,raised the observe index and rank standard of determining age by anthrogragy of shoulder.We deal with all these data by SPSS software package and established an equation by which we can use it judge the age of teenagers by arthrography of shoulder.Results The determined equation:y=9.517+0.518x 1 +0.913x 2 +0.465x 3 +0.436x 4 .By analysis of variance,F>0.01,the regression is very significant.The equation has practical value.Conclusion This investigates confirmed that the arthrography of shoulder of teenagers has definite relationship to age.It provides the refence of age determination by x-ray flim of teenagers shoulder for medico legalphysician,and also accumulated data for anthropological research.

    Objective The study was carried out on investigating genetic polymorphism of15STR loci in southern China Han population and Li population.Methods DNA samples from332unrelated individuals of southern China Han population and334individuals of Li population were screened by using AmpFlSTR Identifiler TM PCR Amplification Kit and3100Genetic Analyzer.Results These15loci met the Hardy-Weinberg expectations.The matching probability of the15STR loci was4.94 × 10 -17 ?2.50 × 10 -17 and com bined paternity of exclution was0.9999989?0.9999988in the two population.Conclusion Our results showed Identifiler TM PCR Amplification systems of15STR loci were useful to forensic case work in south ern China Han population and Li population.

    Objective To prepare a kind of immuno-colloidal gold chromatographic test strips to detect the human seminal specific protein P 30 from evidential substances in the forensic cases.Methods The mono clonal cell strains,which produce antibodies against various epitopes of human seminal specific protein P 30 as the antigen,were selected and their relevant monoclonal antibody proteins were isolated and purified from the ascites secreted by mice injected with the cells producing antibody proteins against each epitope.Colloidal gold was prepared and coupled with one of the purified antibody proteins so that the immuno-colloidal gold was obtained.Afterwards a piece of glass fiber was saturated with the new-prepared im muno-colloidal gold and then dried.A suitable kind of nitrate fiber membrane was chosen and coated at separate two places on it with the goat or sheep ' s anti-mouse IgG and another antibodies against an epi tope on the P 30 protein different from against which the antibodies coupled with colloidal gold are.Im muno-colloidal gold test strips were fabricated and their lowest detection limit,specificities were measured.Results The detection limit of the colloidal gold test strips is at least up to4ng/ml and a positive result is stilled observed when detected to a200000-fold dilution of mixed human seminal fluid from6persons,without non-specificity,that is,the strips only having reactions with the P 30 protein.Conclusions The col loidal gold test strips detecting human seminal specific protein P 30 can be applied in the determination of suspected human seminal substances in forensic examination.

    Objective To explore the influencing factors of criminal responsibility in psychotic of fenders.Methods A responsibility rating scale for mentally illness(self-developed by Institute of Mental Health,Hunan Medical University)was used to assess159psychotic offenders who were di vided three groups according to the difference responsibility level.Results There are significant differences in the rating score among the groups.The main relative factors of responsibility assess ment for psychotic offenders are understanding of behavioral consequence,realistic motivation,im pairment of self-control,impairment of insight,time selectivity of committing an offence,impairment of reality testing,impairment of life ability and impairment of work or learning ability.Conclusion It suggested that the responsibility rating scale is more effective than experimental evaluation in the assessment of responsibility for psychotic offenders.

    Objective To propose a method for the simultaneous identification and quantification of THC,CBN and THC-COOH in human hair.Methods The hair samples were decontaminated,added chlofenamic acid as the internal standard,hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide,extracted with n-hexane ∶ ethyl acetate(9:1),derivatized,and analyzed by GC/MS-SIM.Results The limits of detection for THC,CBN and THC-COOH were0.01,0.05and0.01ng/mg,respectively.THC was detected in the10hair samples with the range from0.11to8.84ng/mg.THC-COOH was not detected in three samples out of ten.The concentrations of rest seven samples were too low to be quantified.Conclusion The concentrations of THC-COOH were lower than that of THC in hair obviously.

    Objective To explore meperidine distribution in hair.Methods By guinea pig testing which guinea pig was administrated meperidine by intraperitoneal injection,to study the time course of meperi dine in guinea pig hair and the relationship between administration dose and drug concentration in hair.Results Guinea pig was administrated meperidine by intraperitoneal injection once a day for7times,meperidine in hair can be tested at the fourth day after the first injection,the top concentration occurred at the eighth day after the first injection and meperidine in hair can ' t be tested at the fifth day after the last injection.The concentrations of meperidine in hair were significantly related with administration dose.Conclusion It was used for evaluating the analysis results of case.
