Abstract: Objective To propose a method for the simultaneous identification and quantification of THC,CBN and THC-COOH in human hair.Methods The hair samples were decontaminated,added chlofenamic acid as the internal standard,hydrolyzed with sodium hydroxide,extracted with n-hexane ∶ ethyl acetate(9:1),derivatized,and analyzed by GC/MS-SIM.Results The limits of detection for THC,CBN and THC-COOH were0.01,0.05and0.01ng/mg,respectively.THC was detected in the10hair samples with the range from0.11to8.84ng/mg.THC-COOH was not detected in three samples out of ten.The concentrations of rest seven samples were too low to be quantified.Conclusion The concentrations of THC-COOH were lower than that of THC in hair obviously.
