Abstract

Abstract: Objective To seek a exact method of sexual discrimination.Methods The soft X-ray and plain film of142thyroid cartilage samples(73males and69females)were done.The position of assification and morphological features were observed and analyzed.Results Significant diffrence was noted in the assification features between males and females.Conclusion This method may be suitable for sex discrimination of thyroid cartilage in adult Chinese han population.
