摘要:

新精神活性物质在全球范围内的滥用严重,苯乙胺类物质中的麦司卡林及其类似物作为其中一类常被忽视的物质,近年来滥用趋势逐渐增强。本文从麦司卡林及其类似物的基本情况、药理毒理学性质及检测方法3个方面进行综述,以期为麦司卡林及其类似物的深入研究提供思路,并对法庭科学中涉及麦司卡林及其类似物的检验提供参考。

Abstract:

The abuse of new psychoactive substances is severe globally. Among phenethylamine compounds, mescaline and its analogues are a class of substances that are often overlooked, yet their abuse has shown a gradual increase in recent years. This paper reviews mescaline and its analogues from three aspects: their basic information, pharmacological and toxicological properties, and detection methods. The aim is to provide insights for future research on mescaline and its analogues, as well as to provide references for forensic examination involving these substances.
