不同损伤时间大鼠皮肤切创Fos表达研究

Fos expression in rat skin after different incised wound healing interval

摘要: 目的研究皮肤切创在伤后不同时间段Fos的表达。方法在大鼠皮肤切创模型石蜡切片上进行Fos免疫组化染色。结果伤后10min,表达量开始增高,伤后3h达高峰,以后又逐渐降低,至损伤1d后,表达量与对照组无显著性差别。结论Fos为皮肤伤后的敏感指标,但需结合其他指标综合评价。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of c-fos in rats' skin during wound healing. Methods Immunohistochemistry was conducted on parafin section from incised wounding model of rat skin. Results Fos protein improved from the time of 10 min after wounding in the wound edge, then it reached peak at 3h. 24h after injury, the quantity of Fos expression had no difference with that of normal skin. Conclusion Fos is sensitive after wound, but should be used with other criteria in wounding interval estimation as it's unstediness.
