摘要: 本文利用GC/MS和GC/FPD法测定了生物体内的甲胺磷(MAP)及其代谢物O、S-二甲基磷酸酯(O、S-DMP).血中WAP以乙、乙酸乙酯混合溶剂提取、以磷酸三丁酯为内标测定;尿液中O、S-二甲基磷酸酯(O、S-DMP)以乙酸提取,以DMTP氘氢化合物为内标测定。MAP最小检出量为10ng/ml血,回收率为75.1%,O、S-DMP的最小检出量为20ng/ml尿.

Abstract: This paper prerented a new method for idcntificating methamidophos in blood and its metabolite O、S-dimethylphosphate in urine by GC/SPD and GC/MS. Tributyl phosphate was used as interstandard for identificating metamidophos. The recovery of extracting methamidophos from rabbit blood was 75%. The detection limit was 10 ng/ml blood. The detection limit of determinating O、S-dimethylphosphate was 50 ng/ml urine.
