Abstract: The soluble HLA-AB antigens of the different dilution in sera and dried bloodstaims were determined with microlymphocytotoxicity inhibition test. Adopting lymphocytotoxicity 11 grades marks and useing 2 grades as the judgment standard of the inhibition, the test res- ults are satisfactory. With the groups of double-diluted anti-HLA sera, the soluble HLA-AB antigens in the maceration extracts of dried bloodstains of up to 1/80 dilution can be determined successfully.
