Abstract: A methed is reported about the identification of Hp phenotypes on Gc electrophoretie gel, The 103 normal sera were experimented in Gc disc electropheresis from which Hp phenotypes were read, Using the Hp phenotyping by special Hp electrophoresis as control. The coincidence rate was 97.08％. The method is simple,easy to be carried out and practical.
