Abstract: In clinical pathology, pancreas hemorrhage can be easily diagnosed under a light microscope with routine paraffin section and H.E.staining. But in forensic pathology,it is not always so convenient, for the autopsis often delayed and autolysis developes rapidly in a lot of tissues, especy ially the pancreas. In that circumstance, the rod blood cells have broken into pieces and the structure of the pancreas tissue has blurred,it is difficult, and sometimes impossible,to diagnose the pancreas hemorrhage with the routine pathology method. In this paper,we applied the anti RBC-membrane as the specific antibody, through the immunofluorescence technique,to demonstrate pancreas hemorrhage. The results are satisfactory even if the pancreas has developed into a great extent of autolysis,Tbe method is convenient and practicable.
