Diagnosis of Pancreas Hemorrhage after Autolysis——The application of immunofluorescence technique with anti-RBC-membrane to forensic pathology
DIAO YOUFANG ZHANG PENG HUANG XIAOHUA (INSTITUTE OF FORENSIC SCIENCES;MINISTRY OF JUSTICE;PRC.)
    1989, 0(3): 1-4+2.
    Abstract ( 2011 )
In clinical pathology, pancreas hemorrhage can be easily diagnosed under a light microscope with routine paraffin section and H.E.staining. But in forensic pathology,it is not always so convenient, for the autopsis often delayed and autolysis developes rapidly in a lot of tissues, especy ially the pancreas. In that circumstance, the rod blood cells have broken into pieces and the structure of the pancreas tissue has blurred,it is difficult, and sometimes impossible,to diagnose the pancreas hemorrhage with the routine pathology method. In this paper,we applied the anti RBC-membrane as the specific antibody, through the immunofluorescence technique,to demonstrate pancreas hemorrhage. The results are satisfactory even if the pancreas has developed into a great extent of autolysis,Tbe method is convenient and practicable.

The Pathological Changes of Quinolines Poisoning: An Experimental Study
    ZHANG WUYANG;SHEN NIANCI;HE DEHUA;DONG RONGCHUN AND ZHAN RONGZHOU(SECOND MILITARY MEDICAL GOLLEGE;SHANGHAI)
    1989, 0(3): 5-8+2.
    Abstract ( 2011 )
The histological and ultrastructural features of the laboratory animals ncluding dogs, monkeys and rats were observed in the experiments of quinolines poisoning. The morphological alterations in the myocardium and conduction systems were the important pathological changes in the intoxicated dogs. The changes in the liver were mild and reversible. Some ntoxieated rats revealed severe adrenal lesions.

Reperfusion Injury to Acute Post-ischemic Myocardium in Dogs Ⅰ. Effect of reperfusion on infarct size
GUAN DANWEI LI DENXIANG JU BAOLI(DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC PATHOLOGY;FACULTY OF FORENSIC MEDICINE;CHINA MEDICAL UNIVERSITY)
    1989, 0(3): 9-11+8.
    Abstract ( 1874 )
The present experiment was performed to study the effect of postischemic reperfusion on infarct size in dogs. The results showed that no necrotic area was revealed on the sliced myocardium incubated with NBT in the group of coronary occlusion for 60 min. The infarct size expres sed as a percentage of the left ventricular and septal mass (g) was 0±0%(Mean SE). After post-isehemie reperfusion, the value was 11.05±4.28% (P<0.01). In the group of coronary occlusion for 90 min, the percentage was 17.96±2.85%, and it was 21.41±1.86% (P<0.05) followed by reperfusion for 120 min.In conclusion, early reperfusion causes enlarged infarct size and exacerbates the pre-existing ischemic myocardial injury.

Various Amount of Histamine and 5-HT in Rat's Skin Blunt Injury
LIU YE GUO BAOLIANG YANG JIANPING (DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC PATHOLOGY;INSTITUTE OF FORENSIC SCIENCES;MINISTRY OF JUSTICE)
    1989, 0(3): 12-17.
    Abstract ( 1963 )
It is very important for pathologist to infer the injury time in body. in this paper, we observed the changes of histamine and 5-HT in Rat's skin blunt wound with biochemical methods. We found the histamine and 5-HT increased in the antemortem injury. The highest point of histamine showed in the 20 minute after injury, the highest point of 5-HT showed in the 5 minute, the second point of 5-HT showed in the 30 minute. in the other hand,we found no changes of histamine and 5-HT happened in the postmortem injury. We analysed the changing regulation of histamine and 5-HT in aid of forensic expertizing practice.

Study on Specificity of Anti-Human Semen Sera
HOU YIPING WU MEIYUN(DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC SEROLOGY;WEST CHINA UNIVERSITY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES)
    1989, 0(3): 18-22+4.
    Abstract ( 1965 )
Anti-human semen sera were prepared in rabbits immunized with washed human spermatozoa, seminal plasma, whole semen and seminal plasma specific antigen p30, respectively. The specificity of the anti-sera was identified by the ring precipitation, the double immunodiffusion and the immunoelectrophoresis. The results showed that anti-p30 serum was specific, while other three kinds of anti-sera were not specific for human semen until they were absorbed with the mixture of human colostrum, serum, and saliva.

Analysis and Assessment of Ethanol Concentration in Forensic Blood and Urine Specimens Ⅱ. Time—Course changes of BAC and UAC of Human After Drinking According to Chinese Custom
SHEN MING WU MOUTIAN WANG SHAOHUA WU JUN(INSTITUTE OF FORENSIC SCIENCES;MINISTRY OF JUSTICE;PRC)
    1989, 0(3): 23-28.
    Abstract ( 1975 )
Subjects consumed 55%v/v chinese white wine in a dose of ethanol 1ml/kg during thirty-minuts period. Blood alcohol eoncentration(BAC) and Urine alcohol concentration (UAC) were determined by HS-GC. This drinking pattern's curve had a lower and later BAGmax, with the plateau of the curve maintained for a longer period of time. The results showed that the expetimental data could be delineated by equation (1), but the range of the kinetic parameters were more wide, so it seems to have only a limited practical use in ease work. From the experimental results, some other important conclusions for forensic mdicine were obtained.

Sudden Death due to Addison's Disease—Report of 3 Autopsy Cases
QIAO LING HUANG GUANGZHAO DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC PATHOLOGY;FACULTY OF FORENSIC MEDICINE;TONGJI MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
    1989, 0(3): 36-39.
    Abstract ( 1998 )
Sudden, unexpected death caused by Addison's bisease is infrequent end easily overlooked in medieolegal autopsies. In this paper we reporatd 3 cases of death from Addison's disease, one was adrenal tuberculosis and the two others were idiopathic adrenoeorticohypoplasia. Because the antemortem clinicaI symptoms of this disease were indistinct, there was a suspicion against the cause of death after sudden death. The inducements of sudden death of these 3 eases were mild infection. Reviewing literature together with our own experiences in medicolegal autopsies, the machanism of sudden death caused by Addison's disease and the points for attention in examination and appraisement were discussed.
