The Pathological Changes of Quinolines Poisoning: An Experimental Study

Abstract: The histological and ultrastructural features of the laboratory animals ncluding dogs, monkeys and rats were observed in the experiments of quinolines poisoning. The morphological alterations in the myocardium and conduction systems were the important pathological changes in the intoxicated dogs. The changes in the liver were mild and reversible.Some ntoxieated rats revealed severe adrenal lesions.
