Abstract: The phenotypes of Gc, Tf and C3 were simultaneously typed using cellulose acetate electrophoresis followed by immunofixation. The distributions of Gc, Tf and C3 phenotypes in the Han population in Chengdu area were studied. Their gene frequencies were compared with those of other populations.
