Abstract: For the forensic pathologist, anaphylatic fatality (bee sting) is a diagnosis derived more by exclusion (e.g. toxin, trauma and natural disease) than by inclusion. As in all medicolega problems, anaphylatic fatalities are nonspecific and are easy to confuse the following. ①other anaphylactogens(e.g.drug、plant、food、vaccine、parasite、pollen or antiserum); ②laryngeal edema (may be caused by allargic or anaphlactic reactions、infection、 tumors or asresult of an irritant gas); ②unexplained deaths. This paper reports the results of the morphology of bee sting in skin under Scanning Electron microscopy (SEM). our studies show that this method makes progress in the identification of beesting and provides an objective indentify target. In order to improve the quality of examine continually, this paper also put forward a proposal using knowledge of entomology, zoology and botang to solve the medicolega problems.
