Abstract: Tf subtypes were determined in sera from Taiyuan population using isoelectric focusing. The results were as follows:gene frequencies:TfC=0.7561, TfC=0.2244, TfD = 0.0171;Dp (discriminating probability)=0.5579, Qn(Probability of excluding pertanity) = 0.1650. The Tf polymorphism is high heterozygozity. The difference of distribution of Tf subtypes in Taiyuan population (Han nationality) and that in Caucasian and Negro population is significant.
