Abstract: We worked out the Trial Draft-Standard for Appraising Labour Ability and Compensation to Injured Human Body in accordance with draft resolution of new judgement pattern of Japan(1984～1986) on disability due to injured haman body by Tomio Watanabe. Search for forty-six cases to perform by the draft-standard in 1991, we hold that the draft-standard is of great value in forensic medical practice, and go further into the issue for appraising.
