Abstract: In this paper,a method quantitative determination of chlere—phacinone in human blood based on solid—phase extracion and derivative spectrophotometry has been developed. This method, using diuting sodium hydroxide solution as a diluent for posioning human blood, and directly extracting the diluted blood GDX 403(polymeric resine made in China),was sufficiently simple, rapid and depend- able. The results of this method were also reliable.Recoveries of chlorophacinone form spiked human blood were 73.5±5.0%,78.7±3.8%,80.8±4.0%(n=5)for the levels of 2ug/ml,10 ug/ml and 40 ug/ml respectly.
