Determination of fluoroacetatamide and fluoroacetic acid by capillary gas chromatography

Abstract

Abstract: A rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis offluoroacetatamide and fluoroacetic acid in rodenticides by capillary gaschromatography wasdescribed in this paper.lsoamyl alcohol was used asthe internal standard.The determination curves offluoroacetatamide and fluoroacetic acid inrodenticides were linear in the ranges of 0.06254mg/ml and 0.625-20mg/ml.The detection limits offluoroacetatamide and fluoroacetic acid were31.25ug/ml(32.5ng) and 625ug/ml (625ng). 87.5%and 30% of rodenticides sold in Taiyuan groundmarket from May.1995 to May.1996 containfluoroacetatamide and fluoroacetic acid.
