Immunohistochemical study on ANP in the atria of electrocution

Abstract

Abstract: By the immunohistochemical staining for ANP with LSAB method and the analysis of areas and grays of ANPwith computer he analysis, it was found that the ANPgranulus in reght atria of electrocution were obviously de-pleted， compared with that in the control groups The re-sults showed that depletion of ANP, granules in right atriacould be ed as a reference the forensic diagnosis of electrocution and aught benefit for the clinical therapy to the patients suffering from electric injuriesKeywords: electrocution; immunohistochemistry;computerized imageanalysis
