Analysis of duo paternity testing

Abstract

Abstract: Objective The study was carried out on application of13to15STR loci in duo paternity test.Methods The value of PE and CPE were caculated depending on the gene frequency of those STR loci in chinese population.The STR loci imcopatibilities were analyzed in104cases of paternity exclusion.Results CPE of13to15STR loci could reach0.9805to0.9906.the RCP was over99.73%.In104cases of paternity exclusion,less than2loci imcompetibilites were only found in two cases.Conclusion There was a low risky of false paternity inclusion in duo paternity test by using of13STR loci.If neces sary,the genetic markers should be added.The RCP of those cases without imcompatibilities could all reach paternity inclusion stardand.
