Abstract: Incidence of sudden cardiac death(SCD) is increasing yearly all over the world,and SCD has become the largest killer of all diseases. Currently, lots of studies in this field have been launched worldwide. The review focuses on latest research result of its pathology , neuro-endocrine, electrophysiology, especially its mechanism of molecular biology.
