Abstract: Post-tramatic hydrocephalus is a rare severe complication that developed bfter head injury. There was few report in interna literature. This paper descriaes a case of communicating hydrocephalus that developed after head injury,and with reference to the literatures the problems associated with forensic medicine such as the cause; onset, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, pathological findings, pathogenesis and prognosis are briefly discussed.
