Abstract: In this paper, China—made such en-zyme had been used in the enzyme digest method and compared with Na_2 WO_4 diposit method to detect some sedatives and oforifics in rabbit liver to seewhichone got the higher value. As a result, the gain srate of these drugs by the enzyme digest method was far much higher than that of the Na_2 WO_4 one. The method used and advantages of it have been discussed.
