Abstract: A total of 128 individuals from 40 disputed paternity cases were determined for Gc subtypes with isoelectric focusing followed by immunoblotting.The exclusion probabilities of Gc subtypes were 36.26％ for expected and 44.44％ for observed.No cases with Gc subtypes were found to be inconsistent with HLA,Gm,and other genetic markers.
