Abstract: This paper shows the detection of the phenotypes of isoenzymes EsD and GLOI for fresh blood cells using the same mixed starch agarose gel electrophoresis and Tris-maleic acid buffer system at pH7.4.Among 302 fresh blood samples,the EsD gene frequencies were:EsD~1=0.641,EsD~2= 0.359;Among 401 fresh blood samples,the GLOI gene frequencies:were: GLOI~1=0.1895,GLOI~2=0.8105,It is useful to paternity,test in Nangjing area.
