Abstract: 12 monoclonal antibody (McAb) include 5 anti-A,5 anti-B,1 anti- H and 1 anti-A+B,and polyclonal human serum anti-A andanti-B were test in parallel with more than 20 animal erythrocytes include pan troglodyles pango pygmaeus, monkey, cynoeephalus balouin etc.We found some McAb can discriminate all the measuing animals, that make it possi- ble to use McAb in species identification.McAb anti-A,anti-B and anti-H using in forensic sicence have two adventages:a)high specifi- city, some of them can discriminate primate animals.b) it can finish species identification and ABe groups measure in one procedure.
