Abstract: Decomposition kinetics of methmidophos in preservedrabbit blood poisoned by methamidophos was studied.The blood was preserved in a room (temperature 12-15℃) and in a refrigerator (temperature 2-5℃). Theconcentration of methamidophos in preserved blood wasdetermined by GC/FPD. The results showed that thedecomposition of methamidophos in preserved blood ofrabbits was fast for the first three days and got slow withthe time prolonged. The decomposition speed ofmethamidophos in room was higher than in refrigerator.
