Abstract: Studies were conducted to evaluate the forensic ap-plicability of multiplex amplification of HLA -DQα and PM loci. These loci could be simultaaneously typed by re-verse dot blot approach where allele specificoligonucleoti-de probes were immobilized on a nylon membrane strip.Allele and genotype frequencies for HLA -DQα and PMloci were determined in Chinese Han population . The fre- quency data can be used in individual identification andp paternity test.
