摘要：

2024年全国教育工作会议指出，当前正值“十四五”规划目标任务的攻坚之际，要把组织实施教育强国建设规划纲要作为工作主线，建设一流学科是高等教育强国的重要任务。2022年法医学科正式列为医学门类下的一级学科，法医学科发展迎来了前所未有的历史机遇。南方医科大学法医学科把全面提高人才培养质量、助力一流学科建设作为主攻方向，启动实施“引育并举，交叉融合”的高水平师资队伍建设方案；申报一级学科博士点，凝练优质二级学科和研究方向；高起点、深融合打造创新型科研平台；坚持立德树人、五育并举，搭建高质量人才联合培养模式；以国家法制建设和行业需求为导向，提升社会服务能力。我校法医学科建设将持续为法治中国、教育强国贡献力量。

Abstract:

The 2024 National Education Work Conference pointed out that at the current juncture of the critical period for achieving the goals and tasks of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the implementation of the Education Powerhouse Construction Plan Outline should be taken as the main line of work, and building first-class disciplines is an crucial task for a powerful higher education country. In 2022, forensic medicine was officially listed as a first-class discipline under the medical category, presenting an unprecedented historical opportunity for the development of forensic medicine. The forensic medicine of Southern Medical University comprehensively improves the quality of talent cultivation and facilitates the construction of first-class disciplines as its main direction. It aims to initiate and implement a high-level faculty team building plan featuring "combining introduction and education, cross-disciplinary integration"; apply for a first-level doctoral program, refine high-quality second-level disciplines and research directions; and establish an innovative research platform from a high starting point and with deep integration. The discipline adheres to moral cultivation and the Five Domains of Education simultaneous development, to build a high-quality talent joint training model. Guided by the construction of the national legal system and industry needs, the discipline will enhance social service capabilities. The forensic medicine construction in our institution will continue to contribute to the rule of law in China and educational power.
