对人和鼠腹部皮肤切创缘壁伤后不同时间纤维连接蛋白变化的研究

STUDY ON CHANGE OF FN IN INCISED WOUND MARGIN OF ABDOMINAL SKIN BOTH HUMAN AND RAT DURING DIFFERENT TIME

摘要: 作者应用免疫组织化学 PAP 法对人体腹部4小时以内切创缘 FN 进行染色观察,发现在切创早期创缘 FN 随着时间延长就有明显变化。为法医鉴定早期切创时间提供了新的依据,同时还发现鼠和人腹部切创经过时间虽相同,但创缘 FN 染色强度却不同。

关键词: 纤维连接蛋白, 切创, 损伤经过时间, 免疫组织化学

Abstract: It is well known that the FN plays an important role in improving repairing processes of the skin tissue in early incised wound,The change of FN was seen clear in early incised wound margin.The early change of FN is very important for determing the wound time during proceduce of inspective of Forensic medicine.In 4 hours the change of FN in the incised wound margin has not been reported yet before.Randomly collected specimens taken from human abdominal skin were examined (operat- ed) by means of immunohistochmical PAP method following different time for this study. The results indicated the change of the concentration of FN is following different time.During the same time the incised wound margin in human subjects and rats were observed. The results showed that the concentration of FN in incised wound margin both human and rat is not the same.
