摘要: 利用高效液相色谱法,ODS柱,二极管阵列紫外检测器,测定了血中常见吩噻嗪类、三环类等碱性药物.实验以赛庚啶为内标物,血样经沉淀蛋白后,用固相小柱提取,或直接用乙醚液液提取,以甲醇:水:三乙胺为流动相,考察了血中碱性药物的提取及定性、定量方法.

Abstract: A reveal-phase HPLC method for determination ofphenothiazines and tricyclin antidepressantS in wholeblood was described. In this paper, a model 1090HPLC with DAD and a zorbax ODS column wasused. The mobile phase was methanol: water: tritelyamine (75:24.7:0.3) with PH 7.5. Cyproheptadinewas used as internal standard in this method. Bloodsamples were extracted with the solid-phaseextraction method and the liquid-liquid method. Thismethod is suitable in forensic toxicology analysis forbasic drugs.
