摘要: 为明确不同死因的人心肌细胞凋亡发生情况,用脱氧核糖苷酸转换酶介导的原位末端标记技术进行检测。结果发现:高坠即刻死亡及缢死者,心肌细胞未检测到凋亡变化。冠心病死者,梗死灶周围心肌细胞呈弥漫性凋亡,且心肌间质血管内皮细胞和平滑肌细胞也发生凋亡。高心病死者,心肌细胞呈局灶性凋亡,间质血管则未见凋亡。心肌细胞坏死和凋亡的数量与心力衰竭关系明确。

Abstract: TdT- mediated Dutp nick end labeling (TUNEL) method was applied to detect apoptosis of myocardium of corpses dying from cardiac death. For arteriosclerotic coronary heart death, diffused apoptosis was observed around the border zones of histologically infarcted my- ocardium, and in the epithelial and smooth muscle of arteries. Few apoptosis cells were present for hypertensive heart death, and none for corpses dying from falling and hanging. Myocardium apoptosis may provide a new target for heart failure.
