Abstract: The improvement on Gm grouping of dried bloodstains are presented. The dried bloodstains from six kinds of Gm antigens are kept a time of considerable length in varying conditions. The results of passive hemagglutinating inhibition test in test tubes are observed with invert microscope immediately.The polytypety and the stability onGm antigen system, and matters needing attention for the test method are discussed.
