Forensic clinical identification in medical disputes

Abstract

Abstract: 46 cases of medical disputes were analyzed. The causesof medical disputes were analyzed and the features of forensicidentification and medical compensation were discussed. Results showed that 37 cases had causality (cause and effect relation) between medical treatment and negative results. It is concluded that forensic medical identification can play an important role in the civil compensation of medical disputes.
