Abstract: Thepresenceoftherapeuticdrugsinthehairofpsy chiatricpatientswasinvestigated,andthemethodfor simultaneousdeterminationofantidepressantandan tipsychoticdrugsbyGC/NPDandGC/MSwasalsoes tablished Eightdifferentpsychotroicdrugsweredetect edfromthehairof32subjects,andchlorpromazineand clozapineconcentrationsinthehairwerefoundtobede pendentonthedosageandthecorrelationcoefficients were0 8047(P<0 001,n=16)and0 7097(P<0 001, n=16)respectively Segmentalanalysisdemonstrated thattherewasacorrelationbetweenthesubject'sdrug exposurehistoryandthedistributionofdrugalongthe hairshaft
