The expression of HSP70mRNA after myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury by in situ hybridization

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To observe the expression of HSP70mRNA in the rabbit myocardium after ischemia and reperfusion injury in order to search a new way for the forensic pathological diagnosis sudden cardiac death.Methods A rabbit model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury was established,and HSP70mRNA in myocardium was detected by in situ hybridization histochemistry.Results Positive reaction in the ischemic area begain to increase after15min ischemia followed by30min reperfusion,then the staining intensity increased and more positive reaction cells were observed.Conclusion The result may provide a sensitive method for the postmortem diagnosis sudden cardiac death caused by MI/R.
