Abstract: Five genetic Loci LDLR. GYPA. D7S8. GC and HBGG were simultaneously analyzed by PCR and the reverse dot blot typing technology. being quick and easy, this approach was suitable for the test of degraded DNA and could be used widely in forensic, genetic research and clinical diagnosis.
