摘要： 脑钠尿肽（brain natriuretic peptide，BNP）是临床上广泛应用反映心功能的主要指标，近来研究表明，脑钠尿肽对法医病理学心功能障碍导致的心源性猝死的认定也有帮助。本文就脑钠尿肽的结构、分子生物学特征以及在临床和实验研究中的进展加以综述，探讨其作为功能学指标在法医学方面的应用价值，认为运用免疫组织化学等技术检测心肌组织中BNP的表达水平，结合心血、心包液中BNP的浓度，可更全面地研究心源性猝死过程中的病理生理改变及心功能障碍的程度。

Abstract: Brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） is a major marker for evaluating cardiac function and has been widely used in clinical practice. Recent researches show that BNP is also useful for identification of sudden cardiac death in forensic pathology. This article reviews the molecular structure and biological characteristics of the BNP and its application as a functional indicate in forensic medicine. It shows that the expression of BNP in cardiac muscles, together with the expression of BNP in blood and pericardium liquid can be used to evaluate the pathological physiology changes and dysfunction degrees of the heart during the cardiac sudden death.
