摘要： 本文通过58例实际案例，报道了B超在法医临床学鉴定中的应用及其价值，着重介绍了B超在泌尿生殖器损伤（包括男子性功能鉴定）、肝胆脾损伤、甲状腺损伤、子宫损伤、体内外伤疤痕的位置及走向等几种特殊案件中的应用，证实B超检测不仅能对损伤的部位、性质和程度等形态学方面加以确定，而且经与多谱勒检测相结合、还能对某些脏器的功能状态加以推测和判断．其对于法医临床学鉴定的客观性及正确性能起到极大的辅助作用，甚至有决定性的作用，亦有利于案件的正确定性和量刑．

Abstract: This article analysis the usage of B'-Scan in somespecial cases in clinical forensic medicine, such asthe injuries of eyeball, urinosexual organs (includekidney.ureter,urinary bladder,urethra penis,scrotum,testis,uterus et al) liver-gallbladder-spleen, thyreoidand parathyreoid, and the position and course ofthe scars in the deep of the body.The resultindicates that the B'-Scan can be used to displaynot only the morphological changes, such as thepositions. characteristics and degrees of the injuries,but also the function when to be used combiningwith the Doppler.
