							摘要:
目的 基于CODIS核心13个常染色体STR基因座研究不同群体的遗传差异性。 方法 从PubMed数据库中选取1999—2021年在科技期刊上公开发表的来自95个群体的13个常染色体STR基因座(CSF1PO、FGA、THO1、TPOX、vWA、D3S1358、D5S818、D7S820、D8S1179、D13S317、D16S539、D18S51、D21S11)数据,整理基因座等位基因频率,计算法医学参数Gst值、Ht值、Hs值和Nei氏DA遗传距离,并通过主成分分析、系统发育树和多维尺度分析探讨群体遗传结构。 结果 95个群体的13个STR基因座共检测出265个等位基因,平均Gst值、Ht值和Hs值分别为0.023 247、0.797 915和0.779 365。群体遗传结构分析显示,亚、非、欧三大洲间群体差异显著;亚裔人群中大陆和岛屿群体有一定的区分度;亚裔人群中汉族与周边群体之间有一定的区分度,而汉族群体内部,北方汉族和南方汉族形成显著的两个群体。 结论 CODIS核心13个常染色体STR基因座对于不同人群的群体识别有潜在应用价值,有望应用于不同洲际人群间的族群区分。
