Abstract: The changes of HSP70 and NF after brain contusion were studied by the immunohistochemistry method HSP70 and NF were seen at 30 min after injury around the wound area, but faded away after 12-24h The result suggests that these two proteins could be used to estimate brain contusion time, to diagnose brain wound and to distinguish antemortem and postmortem brain contusion
