Abstract: Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is a mult-effective catokines on the endothelial cells specificly.It promotes the endothelial cells to split multiply proliferate and metastasis.It increases vascular permeability and accelerates new vascular generation.VEGF participates many physiological and pathological processes.It has achieved more clinical application and will have extensive applicative prospect.
