    Abstract ( 4882 )
Abstract: The present study, taking sexual offenders as researchobject, using the Chinese traditional medical diagnosticmethod. consulting the standards of classification for theconstitution types of Chinese traditional medicine draftedby Zho Guoxiong, Jinan University. adopting the objective cxaminating method of artcriogram. is focused on theunderstanding of the characteristics of sexual offenders' constition (Physical status ) at Chinese traditional medical angle. From the point of Chinese medical constitution Theo-ry, 101 cases of sexual offenders were studied. Amongthose there were podominence or yang (usually accom-panied with manifestations of heat, excitement. showinghyperfunction of the organism) in 17 cases, grand harmony of yin and yang (by which good health is guaranteed ) in 80 cases. and predominence of yin (usually accompanied with manifestation of cold, showinghypofunction of organism) in 4 cases, Those were compared with 41 cases of non-sexual offenders. The resultsshow, 9 cases with predominence of yang. 27 cases withgraand harmoney of yin and 5 cases with predominence ofyin. The results of the study show that the first point ingroup of sexual offenders on the arteria ulnaris arteiogramthe relative ratio of the upper 1 / 3 width of the main wavein the pulse cycle is obviously bigger than that of non-sexual offenders'. It indicates that the sexual offenders maintains a longer relative time in the state of vesselhypertonicity. This manifests that the excitement level ofsexual offenders' sympathetic nervous system may be higher than that or non-sexual offenders. The second point isthat the amplitute of notch at the decending branch of thepulse curve of left radial artery and the relative ratio of themain wave amplitute are obviously smaller than that ofnon-sexual offenders. This characteristic indicates that thesexual offenders' left radial artery are slightly smooth andquick. It is Possible that this very characteristic has somerelationship with the hyperfunction of sexual offenders'"Kidney and vital gate"The sexual of Tenders' pulse power of bilateral radialarteries incrasc progrssively (Predominence of yin→grand harmony→predominence ofyang ). Although the fact has no sense in statistics, It indicates the regular pattern or pulse power in different constitution classification.

    Abstract ( 1795 )
In order to study the lesions and pathogenesis of braindsath. the experimcnts were performed in 33 cats to causerersistent intracranial hypertension by extradural inflatingballon. The animals were divided into 7 groups accordingto the duration maintained on the respirator. The resultsshow: (1) Dilated and fixed pupils. cessation of respiration and flattening of EEG, (2) A varying degree of cerebral herniations, especially the herniation of foramenmagnum and dissemination of the herniated fragments ofcarebellar tonsillar tissue into the spinal subarachnoidspace (3) The longer of the duration maintained on respirator. the more severe of the neuronal necrosis andautolysis which occured in whole brain at 9-12 hours.

    Abstract ( 1740 )
The identincation of ceramics is an important questionof forensic identification. We measure the quantity of pb,Zr. Fe, Zn in the ceramcs using atomic absorptionspectrophotometry. This method not only can be used todistinguish the different types of ceramics but also distinguish the same type of ceramics which produced from different area or different factory.

    Abstract ( 1659 )
Abstract: A head-space method for the deteminatiou ofbenzene, toluene. ethy1 benzene and dimethy1 benzene inwater, urine or blood using a GC with a FID was devel oped. Internal standard were Tertiary Buty1 Alcohol.Glass cotumn packed with 80-120 mesh carbopack / 5% carbowax 20M. The detection limit was 0.1-0.05μg/ml.This method is sensitive, simple and rapid. it is useful in analitical toxicology.

STUDIES ON THE ANALYSIS OF HEROIN METABOLITES IN MAN
SHED MIN; XIANG PING;SHEN BAOHUA. (INSTITUTE OF FORENSIC SCIENCES. MINISTRY OF JUSTICE. 000 ).
    1994, 0(1): 0-0.
    Abstract ( 3496 )
The methods for isolation, identification and quantification of heroin main metabolites-morphine and 6-acetylmorphine in urine specimens after heroin administration were developed. Using ethylmorphine as the internal standard. urine samples were hydrolycd and then extracted by solid phase extraction or liquid extraction. The extract were analyzed by GC/ FID. GC/NPD and GC/MS after derivatization with PFPA or acetic anhydride Pyridine. The methods given allows simple and rapid procedure. high sensitivity and good reproducibility. The methods were also applied to the analysis of 80 urinesamples of heroin addicts. The results are satisfactory.
