BIOLOGICAL CAUSES OF MALE SEXUAL CRIME WU JUN;ZHU GUANGYOU(INSTITUTE OF FORENSIC SCIENCES;MINISTRY OF JUSTICE;SHANGHAI;000) 1994, 0(2): 0-0.  Abstract ( 1770 )   It is known that the Causes of male sexual crime are complicated. Many investigntare believe that sexual offenders differ from non-sexual offenders in some physiological and biolgical ways. But there is only little biological research on it. The purpose of this study is to consider sexual offender ' s biological characteristics including the shape of external genitals, bled types, the distribution of XYY chromosome, plasma sexual hormones (T,LH,FSH) and the hair trace elements in 223 male sexual offenders in a prison. AN IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL STUDY OF MYOGLOBIN DEPLETION FROM MYOCARDI UM IN THE CASES OF SUDDEN MANHOOD EDATH SYNDROME CHEN XINSHAN;HU JUN;QIN QISHENG;HUANG GUANGZHAO (DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC PATHOLOGY;TONGJI MEDICAL UNIVERSILY;WUHAN;000) 1994, 0(2): 0-0.  Abstract ( 1755 )   Myoslobin (Mb) depletion from myocardium in the cases of Sudden Manhood Death Syndrome (SMDS) and control group was studied using an immunohistochemical technique (ABC method)Mb was detected quantitatively by using a scanning microscope photometer. The results show that there were clear depletion of Mb in each case of SADS, and mest of them were multiple, disseminated and segmental distribution, but there was hide las in the cases of control group. We suggested thst the multiple, disseminated and segmental depletion of Mb has relation to the fact of myocatdial ischenmia but without large area infarction in myocardium of the cases, and that the myocardial ischemia of the cases was probably pro duced by coronaryspasm. CARDIAC PATHOLOGICAL STUDY OF ELECTROCUTION DEATH ZHANG PENG;YUAN SHIJUN(INSTITULE OF FORENSIC SCIENCES;MINISTRY OF JUSTICE;SHANGHAI;000) 1994, 0(2): 0-0.  Abstract ( 1676 )   The cardiac pathological changes of three electrocuted cases as well as a control group of three cases of death from non-electrocution causes were studied. The study concentrated on the histological changes in myocardium, conducting system, vessel, nerve and aorta. As contrast with literature reports, we found out two of the electrocuted cases with the voltage of 220V showed no necrosis in heart but the blood cells and vessel abnormalities. The third case died of electrocution of voltage of 75V showed apparent changes including necrosis and fiberization of myocardium. During the cardiac pathologic study in order to avoid the artificial positivity it is necessary to make a controlled study and apply more than one staining method. Related Articles | Metrics

THE RECOVERY, AMPLIFICATION AND TYPINO OF SPERM HLA- DQa DNA FROM HE-STAINED SMEARS YAN WEI;JIANGXIANHUA;LU SHIHUI(FORENSIC SCIENCE INSTITUTE OF LIAONING;SHENYANG;00) 1994, 0(2): 0-0.  Abstract ( 1852 )   The availability and reliability of the DNA extraction and typing of sperm fixed on the HEstained smears was studied. The results of the test on 20 smears demonstrate that the sperm can be recovered from the slides and used for the PCR - hased typing of HLA--DQa gene.The typing results are accurate. INFUENCES OF ETAHNOL ON TOXICOKINETICS OF ACONIFTNE IN RABBITS XU WEI;HU BINGWEI(DEPARTMENT OF TOXICOLOGY;FACULTY OF FORENSIC MEDICINE;XIAN MEDICAL UNIVERSITY;XIAN;00 ) 1994, 0(2): 0-0.  Abstract ( 1841 )   A reverse - phase High - performance liquid chromatography for the detection of aconitine concentration in biological samples of rabbits was used. This method showed good linearity,precision and accuracy over range of 0. 05 5ug/ml. After ig Aconitum brachypodum Diels 1. 5g/kg, it was showed that aconitine was a two-conmpartnlent open model drug in rabbits.Ka,A and B were 1. 1629± 0. 4053, 0. 6045 ±0. 2574, 1. 1607± 0. 3781 ug/ml separately. The influence of ethanol on toxicokinetics of aconitine in blood samples of rabbits indicated that absorption rate constant and distribution rate constant in ethanol group were greater than those in control group (p< 0. 01 ). However, there were no significant differences be tween elimination rate constant of the two groups. Ka, A and B are 2. 4026 ± 0. 4053,1. 2051 ± 0. 5328, 1. 2037 ± 0.4095 ug/ml separately. ALCOHOL AND N-BUTANOL AS A POSSIBLE INDICATOR OF DROWNED POSTMORTEM INTERVAL BU JUN;SHEN MING;HUANG ZHUANGJIE;SHEN BAOHUA(INSTITUTE OF FORENSICSCIENCES;MINISTRY OF JUSTICE;SHANGHAI;000) 1994, 0(2): 0-0.  Abstract ( 1784 )   Alcohol and n-butanol appear in large quantity in blood and organs of a drowned animal or person. Experiment of laboratory animals was proved the existence of a high positive correlation between quantity of alcohol and n-butanol in tissues and the time since drowned death within & days. As a result, the linear regressive equations of alcohol in blood, lung and liver and time of death submerged in water were respectively as follows: Y1=- 16. 82 + 12. 95X,Y2=- 58. 53+ 19. 23X, Y3=- 34. 91 + 47. 29X. The regressive formulas of n-butanol in bind, inns and liver and time of drowned death were respectively aS follows: Y4=- 10. 13+ 5. 86X, Y5=- 29. 15 + 16. 17X,Y6 = 3. 75 + 1 4. 3 1 X. The fib rin reaction appeared in antemorten injury of 15min. It increased in 30min to 120min. There were not chanses in wound of post mortem injury.
