Catecholamin Intoxicant Death-An Experimental study of Cardiac and Extra Cardiac Lesions in the Isoproterenal Intoxicant Death
LI DEXIANG;CHEN HUIFANG;LU XINQUAN DEPARTMENT OF FORENSIC MEDICINE;CHINA MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
    1986, 0(4): 1-6+2+.
    Abstract ( 2119 )
This study is shown that isoproterenal sulfate at dose more than 85mg per kilogram administered subcontaneously and venously to the rat is capale of producing cardiac and extra cardiac lesions and death. The cardiac lesion dy this drug on the basis of the localization and pathhistological characteristics is similar the ischemic nerosis (myocardia inforction), The extra cardiac lesions are consisted of the brain swelling, pulmonal edema or hyaline membranformation, centrolobular liver necrosis, cortical ischemic changes of the kidney and the other toxic manifestations.

ABO Blood Grouping of Human Hairs by Absorptionelution Test With Enzyme Treated RBC
    CAI RUIBO;HUANG CHANGBING;LIU YAN;WANG MING;CHENG LIXIAN;GUO JINGYUAN
    1986, 0(4): 7-10.
    Abstract ( 2021 )
This paper describes the results of ABO blood grouping of human hairs by absorption-elution test with papain treated red blood cells.977 samples were tested and accurate rate is 95.91%. The difference of accurate rates (99.6%-86.49%) canbe observed through the results of our five workers. The results showed: (1) The accurate rate of this method is similar to the report of Dr. Wang Jin-cai (China) and lower than that of Dr. Lei Chiao-bo (China). (2) The difference of results of our five workers is perhaps due to the difference of skill. (3) NO notable difference between the groups of scalded and unscalded hair. (4) This method dose not need high titration of anti-A, -B sera and could be casily popularized.

Studies on Human Blood Stain by Means of RPHA Mathod
CHANG WEIZHON;ZHOU PEIHENG DEPARTMENT OF BIOCHEMISTRY;ZHEJIANG MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
    1986, 0(4): 11-14.
    Abstract ( 1885 )
We used the RPHA method to test the human blood stain. It appers high specificity as it test with pig, cow as well as other 6 kinds of animal blood solution. The minimun quantity of detectabl human Hb is 6.48ng. Synthetic detergent does not interfer with this method. Put the sand, cloth and rusty iron with human blood in 37℃ for 15 days, there is no influence to the result. The method is simple and accurate without any special instruments and reagents.

Study on the Graduations of the Attrition of the Teeth
    SONG HONGWEI;JIA JINGTAO
    1986, 0(4): 15-21.
    Abstract ( 2103 )
The attrition of teeth was studied in 880 cases from the Liaoning province, China. The total number of teeth studied was 23, 672 in normal teeth. The ages range from 13 to 60 years old above. The new standard of seven graduations for teeth attritions was put farward, and obtained the frequent attrition degrees from the different age groups. There are two or three attrition degrees in every age group. The teeth frequently observed in the different attrition degrees were also point out. This paper shows that the left and right teeth in same aw are similar in the degrees of the attrition, but the teeth attritions, in the lower jaw is heavier than in the uppe jaw, We have faith in that the graduation standard for the attritions is good.

Factors of Psychotics' Illegal Act and Different Point of Views of Their Criminal Irresponsibility
    CHEN ZHONG-BAO M. B.;LLB
    1986, 0(4): 22-26+6.
    Abstract ( 2000 )
Factors of illegal act between psychotics and normal persons are quite different. Usually, psychotics involved in criminal case are induced by psychotic ymptoms such as illusion, hallucination, delusion, disorder of consciousness and personality change. As a matter of fact, psychotics are immune from penalty. However, there have been seperate opinions held by the jurists as well as the psychiatrists. The allegations they advocated are based on their own standpoints and professional knowledges of each. The purpose of this paper is to present a historical review concerning their respective ideas for further discussion.
