肋骨细微骨折MSCT的最佳检查时间

MSCT Optimal Examination Time for Unconspicuous Rib Fracture

摘要: 目的 对肋骨细微骨折患者MSCT最佳检查时间进行初步探讨。 方法 收集2009年1月—2011年6月63例胸壁外伤患者,于伤后1周内行首次MSCT检查,并于伤后2~8周内复查MSCT,比较不同复查时间所检出肋骨骨折数与首次检查所见肋骨骨折数的差异。 结果 肋骨细微骨折患者伤后不同的检查时间常有不同的诊断结果,伤后3~5周复查结果与首次检查结果所见肋骨骨折数差异具有统计学意义。 结论 外伤后3~5周,MSCT能较客观地反映肋骨骨折的病理生理改变,该阶段为肋骨细微骨折患者较合适的检查时间。

Abstract: Objective To explore MSCT optimal examination time for patients with unconspicuous rib fracture. Methods Sixty-three patients with thoracic trauma from January 2009 to June 2011 were collected. They were examined by MSCT in the first week after trauma and re-examined during eighth weeks after trauma. The number of rib which had been found fractured in the first examination was compared to that in re-examinations. Results Patients with fine rib fracture often have different diagnostic results at different examination time after trauma. There was statistical difference between the number in the first week and the third week to the fifth week. Conclusion MSCT could show the pathophysiological changes of rib fracture objectively in the stage between the third week and the fifth week after trauma, which is optimal examination time for the fine rib fracture.
