Measurement of Acetonitrile in Blood and Urine by Head-Space Gas Chromatography

摘要: 目的 建立血液、尿液中乙腈的顶空气相色谱检测方法。 方法 以异丙醇为内标,采用DB-ALC1(30 m×320 μm×1.8 μm)和DB-ALC2(30 m×320 μm×1.2 μm)双毛细管色谱柱对血液、尿液中的乙腈进行测定。 结果 血液、尿液中乙腈的检出限均为0.5 μg/mL,线性范围为5~1 000 μg/mL(r=0.999);加标回收率为93.2%~98.0%,日内及日间精密度≤3.7%。 结论 该方法适用于血液、尿液中乙腈的检测。

Abstract: Objective To establish the method for measurement of acetonitrile in blood and urine by head-space gas chromatography. Methods DB-ALC1 (30 m×320 μm×1.8 μm) and DB-ALC2 (30 m×320 μm×1.2 μm) capillary column were used to measure the acetonitrile in blood and urine with the isopropanol as internal standard reference. Results The limits of detection of acetonitrile in both blood and urine were 0.5 μg/mL, with a linear range of 5-1 000 μg/mL (r=0.999).The accuracy of this method was 93.2%-98.0%. The RSD for the intra-day and inter-day were less than 3.7%. Conclusion The method is capable for measurement analysis of acetonitrile in blood and urine.
