Abstract

Abstract: This article review the advance in interpretation of mixed forensic stains using DNA profiling,including autosome STR profiling,sex profiling determined by PCR,Y-specific STR profiling,mitochondrial DNA profiling and single nucleotide polymorphism profiling.The statistics methods for mixed stain has also been reviewed.
